Yes! We offer complimentary standard UK delivery on all orders over £75. This is applied automatically at checkout — no promo code needed. For orders under £75, standard UK delivery is £3.95.

Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days depending on destination. International shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every LaceBelle London order is packaged with the utmost care. Your lingerie is wrapped in blush tissue paper, nestled in a beautiful branded box, and sealed with our signature ribbon. The outer shipping packaging is entirely discreet — there is no branding visible on the outside, and the contents are not described on the label. Perfect for gifts or personal discretion.

If you're not in when delivery is attempted, our courier will leave a calling card with options to rearrange delivery, collect from a local depot, or redirect to a neighbour or safe place. You can also use the tracking link in your dispatch email to manage your delivery preferences in advance.

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged. For hygiene reasons, briefs, thongs, and other knicker styles cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Email us at hello@lacebellelondon.com with your order number and reason for return
• We will send you a prepaid returns label within 1 business day
• Package your item securely in its original packaging
• Drop it off at any Royal Mail post office

We recommend obtaining proof of postage. Once received, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Yes, we are happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. Please contact us at hello@lacebellelondon.com with your order number and the size you'd like. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange promptly. If your preferred size is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit instead.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are excluded from our returns policy unless they are faulty or incorrectly sent:

• Knickers, briefs, and thongs
• G-strings
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items with removed hygiene seals or swing tags
• Sale items marked as "final sale"

Finding your correct bra size is easy with a soft measuring tape. Measure your band size by wrapping the tape snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust. Then measure your bust at its fullest point. Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement — each inch corresponds to a cup size (1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, and so on). We understand that fit can be tricky, especially online. If something doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days (provided it is unworn with tags attached). We are continually expanding our size range in response to customer feedback. If you can't find your size, please let us know — your input genuinely shapes our future collections.

To keep your LaceBelle lingerie looking beautiful for longer, we recommend hand washing in cool water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. If machine washing, place items in a mesh laundry bag and use a delicate cycle at 30°C maximum. Never tumble dry, bleach, or iron lace. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Care labels on each garment provide specific guidance.

We source our lace from heritage mills in France and Belgium, known for producing some of the world's finest lingerie lace. We use Calais lace, Leavers lace, and stretch lace from certified ethical suppliers. Our fabrics are tested for skin safety, free from harmful chemicals, and meet the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification where applicable.

We'll send you an alert the moment it's available. Limited edition and collaboration pieces are generally not restocked, so we recommend purchasing when you see something you love.

All LaceBelle London orders come beautifully presented as standard — so every purchase is already gift-ready.
